repro:
1. Open FF
2. Open Options - Privacy - History and set it to 0 days
3. Close Options
4. Reopen Options, the days input is empty.
This works if you use a non-0 number

works in 20050915-1658 pdt build
fails in 20050916-0341 pdt build
