Dynamically changing the codebase attribute has currently no effect... maybe it
should.

Bug 745030 has nsObjectLoadingContent consider the codebase changing be a state change, but nsHTML{Shared,}ObjectElement need to trigger LoadObject more often, which I'm working on in bug 767631
