1. Download the attached EICAR FILE
2. Goto http://virusscan.jotti.org/
3. Extract the file 
4. click Browse select the eicar file and upload it.

Firefox submits a 0length file because it cannot read the file due to weird
characters in the filename.

Tested with various combinations : ALT+1 , ALT+2 etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

Check for invalid characters escapes in other functions.
