In the URL above the white background image on the main content breaks up when
the page is scrolled up or down. This only happens with cairo-enabled builds,
I'm using the 2005-10-08 linked to from that page. Will attach screenshot in
next message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install cairo-enabled linux build
2. Open page above
3. Scroll up and down

Actual Results:  
Horizontal gaps appear in the background image. They disappear when the window
redraws itself e.g. from resizing.

Expected Results:  
Should look the same as normal builds.

Using X.Org X11 6.8.99.15, Cairo 1.0.2, GTK 2.8.4 and I have the X11 Composite
extension disabled.

xorg 6.8.99.15 shouldn't be getting the workaround for broken RENDER, but on the
flip side, it should also work.  I need to set up a testing machine, I'll do
that at some point this week.

Smooth Scrolling has to be enabled to produce this bug.  bug 324967 seems like a dup to me.

This is also present on my 2/23 trunk build when scrolling Neowin.net. I have changed the bug from Linux to All OS as multiple reports confirm it is cross platform.
