In Firefox bookmark folder's submenu starts with Expand, Open in tabs and Manage
folder. In 1.5 beta 2 I see only Open in tabs.
Intentionally removed for extreme brokeness in bug 243235 and bug 222883

So there is no way to open bookmark folder in manage window? Is it right?
Is there a reason to remove "Manage folder" feature? I think it's very useful,
especially if you have a lot of bookmarks.

I don't even get 'expand', the top of the context menu is 'open tabs in new window'. However, my main theme of moz consistency arises again, so IMO the action should be called 'open in new window'. This opens the folder for management, and thus is the equivalent to 'manage folder'.

FWIW as a bit of an aside, IMO 'open tabs in new window' is a silly top choice in the context menu; how often does anyone really want to open all the links in a folder at once in a set of tabs? That placement makes accidental execution of this seemingly rarely-used action all to easy. and leads to suddenly gobbling bandwidth trying to load x number of sites at once.
Is this bug still relevant?

Summary: Manage folder item doesnot exist in bookmark folder's submenu → Manage folder item does not exist in bookmark folder's submenu
not going to take further fixes on 2.x or previous
