311997 - Can't select history item from location bar drop down

The location bar seems to be broken on the latest nightly. I can't select any
item from the bar's drop down history.

Steps to reproduce:
Select and item from the drop down by clicking on the down arrow and picking one
of the items on the list.

OR

Start typing an address, use the arrow keys to pick the autocomplete item from
the list and the press Enter (or click with the mouse).

Obtained result:
The location bar is blank and the browser doesn't navigate to the desired page.

Expected result:
Navigate to the page.

Typing the entire address and pressing Enter works. Also, if you use the up/down
arrows to select the item, and THEN use the left/right arrows to move through
the letters of the selected item, pressing Enter will work properly.

Are you sure that's the latest, and not just what's stuck in /latest-nightly/
from before yesterday early morning, that still has bug 311676 in it?

Speaking of the latest nightly, is there a reason why the build for W32 hasn't
been updated for the past two days?
