On the morning of October 11th 2005 I started Firefox and clicked on the
Bookmarks menu to find it empty except for 'Bookmark this page' 'Manage
Bookmarks ...' and 'Bookmarks Toolbar Folder > (Empty)'. 'Manage Bookmarks' does
not show any bookmarks either. All bookmarks were present and correct on the
evening of October 10th 2005 (the last time I used the PC before the bookmarks
vanished).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start firefox
2. click 'Bookmarks' menu and select any option outlined above, or Ctrl+B
3.

Actual Results:  
no bookmarks are visible

Expected Results:  
shown me my bookmarks
