Some users enable JavaScript in mail so that JavaScript in RSS feeds can work.
This is bad for security. There should be separate prefs for mail and RSS.
A more complicated alternative is to create a whitelist of RSS feeds allowed to
use scripts (bug 278744).
See also bug 296258 and bug 262611, which seek to separate the "load remote
images" prefs for RSS and mail.
