HTML messages containing inline images that are attached to the actual mail
(i.e. where the image src attribute contains "cid:...") are not displayed
correctly when  opening a previously-saved message as opposed to viewing a mail
that is in a mailbox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a HTML mail with an attached inline image (see attached for minimal
example) into your mailbox
2. Verify that it displays correctly, with the image visible inline.
3. Use File -> Save As -> File to save the message
4. Use File -> Open Saved Message to re-open the message you just saved


Actual Results:  
The standalone message window that appears now no longer displays the inline
images which form part of the mail.

Expected Results:  
Display the inline images, as it did when the mail was in your mailbox.
