User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fr; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050922 Firefox/1.0.7 (Ubuntu package 1.0.7) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fr; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050922 Firefox/1.0.7 (Ubuntu package 1.0.7) Accents seem to be a problem in the mail filter main window... where we can activate or not some filters... if there is an accent in one filter's title, this filter can't be activated or deactivated. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a filter with an accent in its title 2. try to deactivate it Actual Results: mail filters can't be deactivated Expected Results: deactivate filters more steps to make the bug more evident : 3. suppress the accent in its title 4. deactivation works fine

WFM Thunderbird version 1.6a1 (20051012) Windows XP Reporter, Could you please try a newer version?
this was fixed on the trunk a while ago, but not in the 1.0x builds - please try 1.5beta2, or wait for 1.5 to be released.
