Can not delete two folders with the same name.

Assume we just deleted a folder called "foo", which then resides in the trash folder. Then, if we delete another folder with the same name ("foo"), an error-message is displayed saying "A folder with that name already exists. Please enter a different name".
Outlook handles this situation by renaming the second deleted folder to "foo(1)".
