When the print option of backgroud color is turned on from Print Preview, the background color is not correctly reflected in the result of the preview by Pint Preview since the second times. 

In Firefox, there is no problem. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create New Profile.(Migration is not selected.)
2.The message to use the background color is prepared. 
3.Print Preview is executed.
4.Push "Page Setup..." button on Print Preview Toolbar
5.Print background(color / image) option is turned on and push "OK" button.
6.Clsoe Print Preview Window
7.Print Preview is executed again.
8.Push "Page Setup..." button on Print Preview Toolbar and
   check Print background option.
9.Close Option Window and Print Preview window.
10.Open File --> Page Setup
11.Check Print background option.

Actual Results:
"Print Background" option is turning on since the second times when Page Setup is opened from Print Preview.
But the result is not reflected in Print Preview. 
And when Page Setup is opened from the File menu, "Print Background" option is turning off.
