Selecting a bug from the "hot in last 2 weeks/All-time top 100" frame opens the bug details in that small frame where the user can then continue to navigate the interface (including adding and browsing more bugs).  It seems that it would make more sense to open these bugs in a new window or tab since the display area is extremely small and allowing the user the ability to continue to navigate in that small frame can potentially lead to greater issues?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the option to Enter New Bug
2. Click the link of an existing bug in the small frame that displays the hot in the last 2 weeks/all-time top 100 bugs
3. When the existing bug is displayed, click on the Enter New Bug link again, you can continue these steps ad-nauseum creating frames within frames within frames.

Actual Results:  
Existing bug details appear inside the frame with full navigation capability within the frame.

Expected Results:  
Existing bug details would appear in a new firefox window or tab.

This is more of a cosmetic issue than a functionality issue, although, I would imagine that you could wreak some sort of showstopper issue if you played with it enough.
