Tasks saved to ics file have no location, description, etc. properties.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. create ics calendar if necessary: 
   file | new calendar | remote | webdav | file:///temp/test.ics
1. Create a new task with location and description in test.ics
2. restart sunbird
4. edit task created above (or mouseover)

Actual Results:  
DATALOSS: task location and description now empty.
In test.ics file, no location and description properties present for task.

Expected Results:  
task location and description preserved.
In test.ics file, task has LOCATION: and DESCRIPTION: properties with given data.

Seems to be regression since Bug 307948 was checked in.
Looks like change that was applied to calEvent.js also needs to apply to calToDo.js.
