When auto save occurs keyboard input is blocked. Auto save shouldn't interrupt the user's typing process.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type a message
2. Auto save triggers while typing

Actual Results:  
Text typed during auto-save is lost. Text typed after auto save appears, and user ends up with a sentence that has a gap of missing characters. Thus user is forced to backspace and re-type.


Expected Results:  
Text typed during auto-save should have been buffered so that what the save is complete it can be added to the message. (Or keyboard input could just not be blocked in the first place.)

My Drafts folder is an IMAP folder, so saves take a while (1-2 seconds).
