Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the host app using -console -chat
2. /attach moznet/chatzilla
3. /ignore Hannibal
4. Notice how you don't get any messages at all.
The problem is a toLowerCase in onRawData in irc.js , added in bug 304507, apparently. The question is why it suddenly started breaking lots, and why we haven't noticed this before.

Patch to fix that function to actually reference to what we want it to reference to, instead of to the chromewindow.
I'm still clueless why this was never discovered.
