alt + b won't display bookmarks when in full screen. It works only in full screen mode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. pressing f11
2. press alt and b buttons
3.

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
bookmarks are not displayed

This is not the same as bug# 127244 (When in full screen mode, Alt+letter keystokes permanently kill menu)

Alt+F, Alt+E, Alt+V, Alt+G, Alt+B, Alt+T, Alt+H

Because pressing the above combinations won't kill the menu, it just doesn't do anything when in full screen. Going back to normal mode, these combinations work, and the menus are not broken as in 127244.

read comment 33 of bug 127244: the bug only kills normal-screen access to the menus if the menus haven't been opened prior to full-screen alt+b (for example)
