I have the following problem with Thunderbird 1.0.7.

Some one sent me mail from Outlook 97 at 12 p.m., the received time on my Thunderbird is 7 p.m. This problem does not occur when I sent mail from Thunderbird to Thunderbird or Outlook 97 to Outlook 97. The time always seemed like off by 7 hours.

I have checked to confirm that the Regional Setting is set correctly on both sender's and my side.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Send mails from Outlook 97 to Thunderbird
Actual Results:
The received time of the email at Thunderbird is late by 7 hours from the original sent time.

Fix the bug
Is this the case with newer versions? (TB 2, TB 3 even)

No response from reporter in nearly three months, so resolving as incomplete. Please reopen if you're still having this problem (though I'm admittedly not sure if importing from Outlook 97 is still supported).
