"Internal modem" starts when two or more messages are selected and print preview is executed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. two or more messages are selected
2. select File --> Print
3. push "Preview" button on print dialog.
Actual Results:
As for the first message, Preview is displayed.
And "Internal modem" starts.
(Preview of all messages is not displayed. )
Expected Results:
Don't start "Internal modem".
And, Preview of all messages is displayed.
Mac OS X 10.3.9
1.8branch build Thunderbird version 1.5 (20051103)
Because the second message is sent to this, the message cannot be seen with Preview.
