http://lordmatt.co.uk/atom.php seems to be acting consistantly with this bug although the only work around is to cancel and reload page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to page


Actual Results:  
download dialog appears.

Expected Results:  
page with [unformatted XML] / [HTML] / [text] displays
