If a file upload screen is left open, any new windows of Firefox will have the bookmarks toolbar missing all its bookmarks (ie blank).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make sure you have some bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar. Open Firefox and find a webpage with a file upload button, and click it, and leave it open (ie looking for the file).
2.Open another firefox window and all the bookmarks from the bookmarks toolbar have dissapeared.
3.The bookmarks come back after the file upload window is closed, but do not dissapear from windows already active when the file upload button was pressed.

Actual Results:  
See above.

Expected Results:  
The bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar should not have dissapeared when the new window was opened.
