Up and Down. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Install a new firefox (latest English versjon): 1. Select View > Toolbars > Customize 2. Drag the Bookmark toolbar (the one with Gettings started and latest headlines ) into top (Where filemenu are) Drop it right beside of Help. 3. Delete all icons Actual Results: Now it start jumping! Expected Results: A more steady webpage.
