When clicking on "http://www.سيّارة.com" in Thunderbird (1.0.6), "http://www.%d8%b3%d9%8a%d9%91%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a9.com/" is sent to the browser (in this case Firefox 1.5). I expect TB to either send http://www.سيّارة.com or the punycode representation, which would be http://www.xn--mgbexg9itb.com/

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send a mail containing http://www.سيّارة.com to your thunderbird mail accoung
2. Click on the link
Actual Results:  
http://www.%d8%b3%d9%8a%d9%91%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%a9.com/ is sent to the browser

Expected Results:  
http://www.سيّارة.com or http://www.xn--mgbexg9itb.com/ is sent to the browser.

OK. Bugzilla seems not able to show the correct arabic representation and uses entities instead. Please see attached screenshots.

To enter non-ASCII characters into bugzilla and not have them interpreted as entities, you should set the encoding to UTF-8.
