Importing Outlook Express Address book creates the group names however there are no entries within. The addresses have been imported OK but not assigned to their groups.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deleted Address book & re imported - Same
2. Un installed Thunderbird & reinstalled - Same
3. 

Actual Results:  
The addresses have been imported OK but not assigned to their groups.

Expected Results:  
The addresses have been imported OK but not assigned to their groups.

Each group should have contained email contacts
