Currently the base views only include css files in base/content
The style parts of these css files should be moved to
base/skin/classic/ so that skins can change them.
(I think the -moz-binding parts stay in base/content.)
Reproducible: Always

This patch is pure cut and paste. No substantive changes have been made. All I've done is move all the bindings in calendar-month-view.css, calendar-multiday-view.css and calendar-view-core.css into a single calendar-view-bindings.css file. Then I moved all the styling into a calendar-views.css file that I copied into both winstripe/ and pinstripe/. Then I updated the relevant xul files to use the new files. After this lands, we can cvs-remove the 3 old css files I mentioned above.
