Under the drop down "Tools", the "Read Mail" still read (186 new) after deleting ALL accounts in Outlook. I have Compacted, Removed Messages, Deleted, and Reset through Outlook Maintenance. I have no other email programs. I've strictly gone web-based email only for this computer. sorry if this has been reported already. I did not see it.
Reproducible: Didn't try
There needs to be a reset button for Read Mail or cache-email reset.
