From camino feedback:

"Please  can you fix camino so that when it shows the time a bookmark was last visited (or other instances when a time is displayed) it uses the system settings for time format. For most of the world other than the USA, the 24 hour clock is used and it is very misleading to be presented with a time of 9.17 for an event, when everywhere else in your computer it says 21.17. Apple used to make the same mistake with several applications but seem gradually to be fixing this."
