Read summary for general info. Specifically it happens with build ID: 2000031608. It happens whether gfx scrollbars are on or off. In M14 doing this causes main browser window to lose focus after a short time of scrolling. Expected action: Continue scrolling main mozilla window. Actual action: Crash with "MOZILLA caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0177:bffbfe1c." Steps to reproduce: 1. Open mozilla to any webpage requiring you to scroll. 2. Use Logitech scrollwheel to scroll down outside the focused window. 3. Watch Mozilla crash.

This doesn't happen on Linux, apparently, but I have an idea why it might happen on Windows.
