This testcase was originally for bug 315836 (WFM now). What happends is that the text in the element with scrollbars gets selected when you click to the right of it and hold the mouse button down and move the mouse up and down.
Steps to reproduce:
1. See testcase
2. Click and hold down the mouse button to the right of the element with scrollbars
3. Move mouse up and down
3. Notice that the content is selected
