Thunderbird works with printing pretty well and everything is OK but only one thing: message headers (From, Subject, CC etc.) always printed in Times font and even don't have any delimiter to see where headers are over and the very message text begins.
Idea is to add more "style" to these headers:
1. trivial way: add delimiter line between headers aтв message itself
2. simple way: use MS Outlook print preview as example and something in this style
3. maximum way: add something like "Customize print headers style" dialog, so user can himself decide in what manner he wants these headers look.
I know that everything above sounds weird, but MS Outlook-printed messages really look more pleasant than Thunderbird's ones, while I want TB to be the best :)
Reproducible: Always
