Thunderbird doesn't remove files after removing account.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
First I create a RSS Feeds account, import my OPML file and download headers.
.thunderbird/*/Mail/RSS has 2.8M
Now I remove account in Thunderbird, and it disappears. But .thunderbird/*/Mail/RSS still has 2.8M


Expected Results:  
Remove unneeded files.
