1. Create a new event.
2. Try to set the time for the event to 9:56.
3. Observe 57 in place of 56 in minute choices.
Actual Results:
Minute choices went 55, 57, 57, 58
Expected Results:
55, 56, 57, 58

It's usually a good idea to test with a nightly build when you find a bug, to see if it still exists there. This one was fixed a month ago.
