In bug 212459 we accidentially removed an ocsp_info element from the cert manager xul file.
Scott, I think you accidentially removed it, and I failed to catch it, when I reviewed your patch.
As our code is still referencing the XUL element, and the JavaScript console shows errors when OCSP is enabled, I recommend we add it back.
This element in the UI is hidden when OCSP is disabled.
