Details

To register the chrome files properly when calendar is installed as an extension the chrome.manifest file must be supplied. Lightning seems to have it as a hardcoded file so at least we need to come up with a hardcoded file too.
However ideally the content should be created from the calendar.manifest file and calendar-AB_CD.manifest files (See bug 314506)
