Details
In the message view if you define a custom header there is no ability to filter on a negaitve ie "Doesn't contain" or "isn't"
Steps to reproduce.
1) in TB select the view drop down and select customize...
2) select new
3) in message view name enter "not spam"
4) in the LH drop combobox select "Customize"
5) Add a new meessage header "X-Spam-Status"
6) in the message view setup window select the X-Spam-Status header
7) in the 2nd combo box check which options are available:
"contains", "is", "begins with", "ends with"
- Note the lack of a negative context.
8) Change the X-Spam-Status to a non custom header (String based)(eg Subject, To...)
9 Verify the options contain the previously available options with the addition of "doesn't contain" and isn't"
This makes it difficult to see what email you have received that isn't classified as SPAM by a 3rd part email scanner.
I guess you are using IMAP? If so, this is a duplicate of Bug 242550.

Yup looks like dupe, but I get the same behaviour when the one of the "local folders" are selected and I use the same steps.
