I am trying to delete some 30 attachments, but the confirmation dialog is hard to use because it's taller than the screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open message with many attachments
2. Delete All attachments


Actual Results:  
Dialog too tall

Expected Results:  
Whole dialog visible at once

Confirming based on screenshot.  Presumably typing [Enter] (for OK) or [Esc] (for Cancel) still works.

Yes, ENTER did work, but some users are unfamiliar with keyboard commands.

Actual & Expected Results should be rephrased like in duplicate bug 371982:

Actual Results:
Super tall dialog box with buttons beyond the bottom of the screen

Expected Results:  
Scrollable list in dialog box or truncated list plus "...and others"

forgot to mention i am using the very latest stable thunderbird 38.5.1 on windows 7

i tried clicking the "Enter" button to proceed with deleting, even though i can't see the buttons on the dialog box. unfortunately, the progress bar at the bottom of the window goes full green for about 40 seconds or so, so it looks like its doing something, then the progress bar disappears, and all the file attachments are still there, as if nothing happened.

an update, after trying this a few times, i noticed after the progress bar disappered, a message flashes at the bottom right hand of the window for about a second or so.
first time i read it, it said
"moved 1 message from all mail to mail"
second time i tried the procedure it said
"moved 2 messages from all mail to mail"

then a short while later it said 
"Deleted 1 message from all mail"

as per the screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/tQ9fkwq.png the message has 246 attachments. i tried looking on the error console, but there was nothing shown there at first. then when i looked again
it showed 
"Error: uncaught exception: 2147746065"

i forgot to state that despite it claiming it had deleted stuff in the status bar, all 246 attachments still appear attached to the message in question.
