Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a new message 2. Go to Options -> Priority -> Highest (or anything different then normal) 3. No UI change made in Compose window Actual Results: No UI notification Expected Results: A UI notification Using default Thunderbird installation. Tested this under both Windows and OS X. Reporting on OS X.
