When you have two windows open, one window has an applet running, you can not find (Ctrl F) text in the other window. When you enter text the second letter is not after the first, but can come before the first. For example when you want to search on "happy meal" the text can come out as "happymale" (no space, al before e).
FWIW, the window I wanted to search in had 4 tabs. Searching was performed in tabs 2 to 3. The first tab contained a big image (1.4 Mb), loaded from harddisk.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open www.runescape.com
2. Push button "PLAY RUNESCAPE (EXISTING USER)"
3. Choose "High Detail" (while java version is "Signed Applet using Default Java (Recommended)"
4. Choose a server from which to load the game. The Applet code starts to load.
4. After Applet has loaded, go to other window (with 4 tabes), and use Ctrl + F to find on the page.
Actual Results:
The search text "happy meal" can come out as "happymale" (no space, al before e).
Expected Results:
The text should be "happy meal"
I tried to reproduce the bug using with java version "Unsigned Applet using Default Java", but could enter the search text without a problem. Using the "Signed Applet using Default Java (Recommended)" with "Low Detail" gave no problem too.
