And it shows as: Content Type: application/octet-stream. If I send the same file using a name like "abc.doc" it works fine And the content typ is: Content Type: application/msword Have tried to change the encoding, but the same. TB version 1.5.0.1 (20060207) Eng, Windows XP Sp2 Eng If I do the same using MS Outlook Express, it works just like it should. Also used different outgoing mailserver when sending the mail, but still the same, it fails when using TB. This happen to all attachments that have non english characters. TB version 1.5.0.1 (20060207) Eng, Windows XP Sp2 Eng (system setting set to sweden on OS) (Charater setting on TB set to western ISO-8859-1) Ok. If using 106 swe it works fine. Same character setting If using swe 1.5.0.1 it it fails Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.creat a new mail 2.attach a file that have a name that includes non english characters like וצה 3.send it to yahoo mail or a mailserver that running mdaemon. 4.Open the mail you sent to yahoo in the webmail interface and the attachments are renamed to "file.bin" or on mdaemon mailservers they are called "ATT000x.exe" (x=digit) Actual Results: The attachments are showed as .bin yahoo, or .exe mdaemon. Expected Results: It should show the attachments like they are if sending an .DOC file it should end up as a .DOC file, not as .bin or .exe.
