32770 - Rounding errors give table cell borders inconsistent widths on screen

If you load a table with visible, narrow borders (e.g. the tinderbox page), often 
one or more of the vertical lines separating columns will be a pixel wider or 
narrower than the rest, giving the table a very messy appearance. This can be 
seen on the tinderbox page if you make the window narrower a few times.

Table border widths need to be consistent *after* twips->pixel scaling.

could somebody explain what's happening with this bug?  [e-mail] made 
massive changes to it that don't seem related to the orginal report.  then 
karnze dup'd it to something that looks like the original bug report

Sorry for the trouble, I added only the testcase keyword to the bug 32199, at
least that was my intention. Probably I did something wrong, so that bugzilla
was confused by something. I had more than one mozilla-window open...
I found and older html long list with the bug: So I reset the summary,
component, keywords cc and URL to their original values. Hoping that was the
only crosstalk. Sorrrrryyy.
