See attached testcase. When one scrolls down or up, the position-fixed content gets re-drawn as though it was being scrolled as well, then re-drawn again in its proper position on the viewport. This shouldn't happen. And it was not happening with older builds (will investigate exact time of this starting to break soon).
Using sm trunk 2006-02-22.

Doesn't occur with Mozilla 1.7.12 nor with Seamonkey 1.0 . Need to pinpoint the exact build. Could this have something to do with the recent bidi layout changes? Or dbaron's famous rewrite?
I'm pretty sure that this is a dupe of bug 324819

Yes, duplicate of bug 324819.
Eyal, the testcase flag is used for different purposes than to indicate that a bug has a testcase.
Instead, you should add the "testcase" keyword to the keywords.
