(Similar in a way to Nautilus' "emblems"). For one thing, colors can be hard to see (especially if color blind), and are arbitrary -- icons would convey the meaning of a label better. Furthermore, it would make feature request [bug #135472] even more useful. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

Blocks: tb-tagsmeta
Depends on: 135472
Summary: Feature request: display icons for message labels → display icons to represent message tags/labels
This bug lacks important information. You'll need to be more precise where the icons should be displayed, and how messages with multiple tags should be handled. Without such information provided, we'll have to close this as "incomplete".
