Currently there is no way to mark mail scams as scam - you need to mark them as junk. Which would be fine except that it means that there is not as much scam training going on as there should be.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Recieve in invitation to invest in the affais of DR MOHAMMED SESO SEKO
2. Hunt for button to mark mail as scam
3. Mark mail as junk instead

Actual Results:
There is no "Mark this mail as a scam" button

Expected Results:
There should be
Currently there is no scam "training". And I am not sure it could be done the same way junk training is performed, since a well designed scam should look very much the same as a legit email. If you get the same scam over and over again, why not just let the junk filter eat it?

Anyway, dupe/related to bug 320351?
It is certainly related to bug 320351. I was simply thinking that if sometime tbird thinks mail is a scam then I should be able to help that - mail is going into the junk folder as scam not spam and so I want a way to mark mail as the appropriate thing.
I would imagine bug 328749 will give you some way to mark as scam...

This is definitely covered by bug 320351. I'm not convinced that bug makes sense to fix, though. I'd rather try to use scam detection from a third-party database (e.g. Google Safebrowsing), since that would help protect people from scams they'd never seen before.
