Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start thunderbird 2.click on compose message 3.type message and then try to send it by clicking the "send" button in the toolbar. Actual Results: Could not send using the toolbar buttons. Expected Results: Should have been able to use the toolbar buttons.

Works for me. If you're still seeing this problem in a nightly build, please reopen and indicate whether there were any messages in the error console.
