When I use an script for uploading a picture, I click on browse and a window pops-up. After that, if I open a new firefox window the Bookmarks Toobar Folder will not be there (in the new window)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open firefox and point browser to (i.e.) www.imageshack.us
2. Click Browse on imageshack site
3. Open a new firefox window
4. Watch that the Bookmarks Toobar Folder is missing
