331697 - Stops to send/download messages from POP server until I change protocol

TB starts to download messages from my POP server and stops. You can see at the bottom of the jpg picture (url) that it says "Downloading message 1 of 30". 

Then it no longer downloads any more messages. I may quit TB, restart the machine and so forth. 

How can I solve it ?

Simpy I go to Tools / Account Settings / Server Settings and change Security Settings from Never use secure connection to SSL. Or the other way around.

Then it downloads again. The same messages that were held at server side.

It keeps working OK for hours and sometimes for days. 

Then it gets held again. Sometimes it gets held at message #1 or message # 30, or message "nth" of "nth". It doesnt matter. Also, it doesnt matter the amount of messages at server side. It may get held by 1 or 300. Also doesnt matter.

Other users have reported the same problem with other POP servers too. Check my postings at Bugzilla if you will.

I tried to downgrade to former version but I couldn't. Very likely due to registry problems.

Never had that problem with former version. Only use a single email account, with POP protocol only. No IMAP protocol whatsoever.

The problem no longer happens, since software at server side was changed.
