When SeaMonkey becomes a toolkit app (with MOZ_XUL_APP) we'd like to be able to run DOM Inspector with it still. All this should require is adding SeaMonkey's id to install.rdf.
Patch coming up.

See above - adds SeaMonkey to install.rdf and adds the version fields as well.
