Tab bar display issues in Sunbird Options/Preferences dialog

In recent Sunbird builds the tab bar in Options/Preferences dialog is not displayed correctly. The white background and the 3D effect is missing. See screenshot for details.

I see this on windows on linux so i might find a regression window using linux builds.

Works in sunbird-0.3a1+.en-US.linux-i686-2006-03-14-07-trunk build

My first guess would be bug 325772 that removed skin/classic/mozapps/pref/pref.css from mozilla/toolkit/themes/winstripe/mozapps/jar.mn.

This should be fixed by Bug 333923 and switching to the new preferences system.
