Details

Currently the options are member and bless. A group should also have a third category "manager". Managers can bless, people with bless only can't Manage. A manager would be able to edit the group and all its settings. Without having full editgroups. This would allow a group to change its name and control its own destiny. A group need not have any managers, and of course anyone abusing management would probably have it revoked by an administrator or someone w/ editgroups.
