The whole content window bumps up and down like it would have done if I scrolled quickly up and down just a centimeter again and again. This does happen because I have used StyleXP to style my windows xp as a mac with the Panther style which also changes the visual of the scrollbars.
To replicate this problem you can simply install StyleXP on a Windows XP system, select panther style and enter: www.vg.no, www.mozilla.com etc. Or even this page, but this page didn't start to bump up and down before I marked all the tables up on the top.
I have taken a screenshot to show you how the scrollbar looks and it does really show little bit why this is a problem. This screenshot is on http://chariot.no/problem.jpg
Greets. Rise
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Windows XP
2.Install StyleXP, Select Panther Style
3.Open a webpage, www.vg.no, www.mozilla.com or some other page.
(On pages with small pictures and tables you have to mark all the tables)
Actual Results:
The content started bumping and never quit.
Expected Results:
It should have been still.
